IN A WORLD WITH...

In a world with war and competition,

I no longer see what I saw before,

The intrigue of an old new union,

Like a beautiful eagle, my heart soars.

The sun shines bright for you eternally,

The flowers are now forever in bloom,

What was it that blinded me from your beauty,

Probably some dark shadowy gloom.

My soul is flying high like a kite,

Pour un coup d'oeil, je voudrais chanter,

I would do anything for such a sight,

Pour un embrasser, je voudrais danser.

In a world with you, with me would you stay?

Si tu m'aimais, je voudrais t'aimer.

The Luckiest Man

A man is wealthy when he has friends and family,

Always a place to go and people to see.

A man is lucky if he has a woman of beauty,

intelligence, humour, and personality.

The luckiest man is one who finds wealth in his woman,

when he finds his mate and best friend in one.

One who will be a shoulder to cry on in times of need,

One who’s appearance is a sigh of relief.

Where would someone find a love so sweet,

Who would have thought that man would be me.
